The Category A Authorised Signatory will need to login to the Kinnect Customer Solution platform.
The Category A user must select their organisation from the drop-down menu and click on the “Authorised Signatory” tile, using the plus (+) icon on the far right of the screen (just under the “table of Authorised Signatories”).
The Category A user must add you as a new user by clicking in the “contact email address” box and clicking “add new”. Alternatively, click on an existing contact if there is one already.
